Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a psychiatrist in the Bay Area of California, so I have made requesting an appointment a simple process via my Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
Currently Dr. Smolar accepts checks and all major credit card for payment .
Dr. Smolar is currently accepting patients with CIGNA Insurance.
Dr. Smolar is in-network with Optum/United Health, MHN/Healthnet and Anthem Blue Cross however openings for patients with these insurance companies are full at this time, this situation is constantly changing so slots do open up, please inquire to see if a slot has has become availabie.
