Dr. Smolar is a participating provider in ANTHEM BLUE CROSS and MHN/HEALTHNET, OPTUM/United Healthcare and CIGNA insurance networks however available slots for each of these insurers is limited. Currently Dr. Smolar is open for new patients with CIGNA insurance.
Non insurance rates are as follows:
Child/Adolescent Evaluation (under 18 yoa), 60 to 120 minutes, $500-1000
Child/Adolescent Psychotherapy and Medication Management, $500 per hour
Adult Evaluation (over 18 yoa), 60-120 minutes, $450-900
Adult Psychotherapy and Medication Management, $450 per hour
Medication Mangement (Adults and Children/Adolescents), 25 minutes, $300
